Recipe
1oz glass bottle with cap to store your blend
10 drops Geranium ( stimulates lymphatics and balances hormones)
6 drops Peppermint ( stimulates circulation and lymphatic system)
6 drops Lemon ( detoxifying and helps absorb oils faster into skin)
6 drops Clary Sage (relieves tension, stress and muscle fatigue)
1 oz Jojoba or your fave carrier oil
Directions
Mix the essential oils in a small glass container
Add Jojoba oil or other oil you are using
Mix and stir the mixture well
Pour into your glass bottle, cap and store.
Use as needed and enjoy.
For best results, massage the oil on your skin until it has been completely absorbed.
