Considering that so many illnesses are stress related, it is important to take an active role in incorporating relaxation methods into your daily routine, as these will contribute to a healthier mind and body. Here is a diffuser blend recipe to bring soothing vibes your way.

This recipe is for a stock bottle you can store and use as needed.


5 ml glass bottle for storage. 

20 drops Lavender

20 drops Geranium

20 drops Petitgrain

Add contents to your glass bottle, mix and diffuse by adding 6-8 drops to your diffuser.

Breathe Diffuser Blend

This combo will help open up your sinuses, soothe the inflammation in the sinus passages and fight against bacteria. Try this diffuser blend now to help you breathe better.


In your Diffuser

Add filtered water

4 drops Eucalyptus 

4 drops Siberian Fir

3 drops Tea tree

If you don't have a diffuser, you can try adding a drop of each oil to a tissue and inhale.

Uplifting Diffuser Blend

We all have those days when we need a pick me up.  I recently tried this recipe in my home on one of those days where all we needed was a bit of motivation to get things done.  Enjoy the bright aroma of this blend in your favorite diffuser!  Let us know how you like it! :)


Aroma Diffuser

4 oz of filtered water

2 drops Sweet Orange

2 drops Lemon

2 drops Siberian Fir

Simply add the essential oils directly to the diffuser.
