Everyone can use a nice relaxing hot bath! After a long day at work, all we want to do is decompress and unwind our overworked minds and bodies. It truly makes a difference when we dedicate at least 20 minutes of uninterrupted time to ourselves to wind down and mellow out.
Here is a recipe for a night time bath that will help calm your mind, relax your body and soothe your soul.
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Geranium
2 drops Clary Sage
Add the essential oils directly to the bath water and add 4 ounces of epson salt. Enjoy!
