This recipe is for a stock bottle you can store and reuse as needed.
5 ml glass bottle and cap for storage
20 drops Lavender
20 drops Geranium
20 drops Grapefruit
10 drops Petitgrain
Add all the essential oils in a small glass container or beaker and mix. Pour them into your stock bottle and cap. Label it Calming Blend and start enjoying on your diffuser. Add 6-8 drops on your diffuser to enjoy.
If you don't have a diffuser, you can add 2 drops on a tissue and inhale or make a pocket inhaler by adding 10 drops of the blend to the inhaler.
