Petitgrain Essential Oil

Petitgrain is closely related to Neroli as they both come from the same plant just different parts. Petitgrain comes from the leaves of the bitter orange tree and having some similar exotic notes as neroli with a fresh, woody, herbaceous and slightly floral aroma.  It has been used in aromatherapy for skin issues with acne, oily skin and hair.  It is also quite popular in soaps and perfumes. 

Petitgrain has a cooling and deodorizing effect that makes it perfect in a room spray or body spray. A great addition to your diffuser blends that are too sweet as it balances out the sweetness.
Dab on after shaving for a milder, gentler, and all-natural alternative to chemical sprays or creams. Petitgrain essential oil is an antiseptic and it is great used with oily skin issues to tone the skin after cleansing as it reduces overactive sebum glands that produce too much oil.

Petitgrain oil is also helpful for calming the nervous system and reducing stress. You can even use it to help ensure a peaceful, restful sleep at night!
