Back to School With Essential Oils

Is stress causing your Asthma attack?

With an estimated 26 million Americans affected by Asthma including 7 million children, and a large percentage of cases caused by stress, anxiety and environmental factors such as air pollution, strong odors, chemical fumes, it is imperative that we take an active role at reducing stress and any environmental irritants that might trigger or worsen asthma symptoms.

Essential oils offer an alternative natural approach to reducing any stress and anxiety while also offering up their therapeutic properties that reduce inflammation, strengthen immune system and help relieve any respiratory congestion.

When I was a child I suffered from chronic asthma so I personally know the pain involved and what it feels like to suffer thru such debilitating condition. I eventually outgrew my asthma but gained allergies in the process. Using essential oils has helped me regain my health and balance in ways that still amaze me. Using them consistently has made all the difference for me, and I believe it can do the same for you. Essential oils are all about repairing the imbalances that may be causing the issues you are facing and reducing the related underlying inflammation.
