Here is a recipe you can try that will make you feel renewed.

You can apply it yourself or have someone give you a massage. The latter sounds more enticing. :) You can also have your massage therapist use this blend in place of the product they use. 

This blend will help soothe soreness from built up tension in your body. It will also help your body detoxify by stimulating your lymphatic system to eliminate built up toxins which will help you feel better overall.

Recipe

10 drops Geranium ( stimulates lymphatics and balances hormones)

6 drops Peppermint ( stimulates circulation and lymphatic system)

6 drops Lemon ( enhances skin penetration and detoxifying)

6 drops Clary Sage (relieves tension, stress and muscle fatigue)

1 oz Jojoba or any other carrier oil
